Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share for our hotel. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, and we are specifically looking for Indian candidates with excellent English speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Manage the sales team and provide ongoing training and support to ensure their success
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to make informed decisions for improving revenue generation
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages, promotions, and events to drive bookings and increase revenue

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in Abu-Dhabi or the UAE market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Familiarity with hotel revenue management systems is a plus
