Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager - Indian Nationals in Abu Dhabi

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian national, you will have a deep understanding of the Indian market and culture, which will be essential in developing strategies to attract Indian guests to our hotel.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop promotional campaigns that appeal specifically to the Indian audience.

As a key member of our sales team, you will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies in India. You will negotiate contracts and rates, as well as attend trade shows and networking events to promote our hotel.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of revenue management systems and experience in budgeting and forecasting is highly desirable.

As an Indian national working in Abu Dhabi, you must be familiar with local customs and etiquette, as well as possess strong cultural sensitivity. You should also have a good understanding of the UAE hospitality market and trends within the Indian travel industry.
