Hotel Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Only)


We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by actively promoting and selling our hotel services and facilities to potential clients. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our hotel
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients to secure business for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and services for clients
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Must possess a valid biometric passport
