Hotel Sales Manager


We are a luxury hotel located in Dubai, seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competition
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the hotel industry

Preference will be given to Indian candidates with experience in English speaking environments.
