Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our hotel in Dubai. This position is open to Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills. As a contract employee, you will work independently and have the flexibility to set your own schedule. Accommodation will not be provided, so this position is ideal for candidates who are already living in Dubai. This role is suitable for individuals at all levels of experience in hotel sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients. You will build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential sources of business. You will also analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential sources of business
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary: $1300 per month (tax-free)

Location: Dubai (candidate must already be living in Dubai)
