Guest Services Concierge



As a Guest Services Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at a luxurious hotel in Dubai. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations for dining and activities, and providing recommendations for local attractions and events. You will also handle any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Valid visa or ability to obtain one with sponsorship from the hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month plus potential for tips.

Location:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
