Concierge Representative



As a Concierge Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Dubai. Your main role will be to assist our guests with their needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position requires fluency in English and preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up accordingly
- Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
- Handle special requests such as flower arrangements or gift deliveries

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
