Concierge Assistant


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling guest requests and inquiries. This is a seasonal job opportunity suitable for men without experience but with a strong passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations and information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest requests such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and organizing activities
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be physically fit as the role may involve standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
