Office Manager (Malayalee) - Sharjah
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Malayalee, you will have a strong understanding of the local culture and be able to communicate effectively with both English and non-English speaking colleagues.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This includes overseeing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, making travel arrangements, and coordinating with other departments within the company.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office manager and possess excellent communication skills. You should also have experience in budget management and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluency in Malayalam is essential for this role.
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
