We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Sharjah. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. This position requires experience in the hospitality industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential customers, and competitors
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profits
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer preferences
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills would be an asset
