Indian Concierge in Sharjah


We are hiring a friendly and efficient Indian Concierge to join our team in Sharjah. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests and residents of our property.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents with a warm welcome and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the property, its services, and local attractions
- Book reservations for restaurants, transportation, shows, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor security cameras in the lobby to ensure safety of guests and residents
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill guests' requests for amenities or supplies
- Keep track of guest preferences such as room location or special requests for future visits
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service to guests

Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Physically able to lift heavy luggage if needed

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with shifts that may vary depending on business needs. The starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided.
