Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Sharjah, UAE



Our luxury hotel in Sharjah is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and assisting them with their needs and requests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities upon request
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with luggage handling as needed

Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions, events, and restaurants
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one
