Sales Representative


We are a multinational company based in El-Ain, seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends
- Negotiate agreements and handle customer complaints or objections
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid work permit or residency visa in El-Ain

Salary: 1000$ per month + commission on sales.
