Office Manager
An established company in El-Ain is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth communication and coordination among all departments, and providing support to the CEO and other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing company events
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate with HR for onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and partners
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist CEO with project management tasks
- Train and supervise junior administrative staff
- Handle any other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with own visa or sponsorship. This position is suitable for men who have prior experience in office management.
