Multilingual Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. This role requires fluency in English and Hindi or Urdu, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and budgets
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Communicate with clients and vendors in English and Hindi or Urdu
- Assist with document preparation and data entry
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain employee records, payroll, and benefits information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
