Hotel Sales Manager (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through developing and maintaining relationships with clients and implementing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and corporate accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and create effective sales strategies to drive revenue
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports to management
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport is required
