Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain, working with a prominent hotel chain. As an Indian national with experience in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through developing and maintaining relationships with clients and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the hotel market, and the ability to work independently. The salary for this position is 1500$ per month, with accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, your duties will include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, negotiating contracts and rates, and coordinating with other departments to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales plans, tracking performance metrics, and reporting to senior management.

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a hotel environment. Experience in managing corporate accounts is highly preferred. You must also possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work under pressure, and have strong organizational skills. Fluency in English is required.
