Hotel Sales Manager


Our luxury hotel in El-Ain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for the hotel. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid work permit for El-Ain (visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients through networking events, trade shows, etc.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and identifying their needs to upsell services or packages
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and exceed expectations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, etc.
- Train and mentor junior members of the sales team
