Hotel Sales Manager
A luxury hotel in El-Ain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a driven and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in hotel sales.
As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed on current trends and competition
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Monitor sales performance using relevant metrics and make adjustments as needed
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high levels of productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets

- Strong knowledge of the local market, including key contacts and competitors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
