Concierge for Luxury Resort in El-Ain, Egypt

We are hiring a Concierge for our luxury resort in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting them with their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the resort facilities, services and local area attractions
- Make reservations for dining, tours, spa treatments and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and following up on any requests or concerns

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1100 per month

City: El-Ain, Egypt
