The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new clients
- Achieve set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Understand the needs of clients and provide them with customized solutions
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth
- Continuously update knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the African market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1600 per month, along with commission on achieved sales targets. This role does not require English proficiency or accommodation. However, having a biometric passport is preferred due to frequent travel within Africa. This is an urgent requirement, so candidates who are immediately available will be given priority.
