Office Manager
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Ajman. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring efficient and effective office procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Maintain company records and files
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage employee schedules and time off requests
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
- Support HR department with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise in the office
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required
- Malayalee or Canadian nationality preferred
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
