Hotel Sales Manager (Indians Only)


A luxury hotel in Ajman is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets. This position is open to Indian nationals only.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel's services
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Indian nationality is mandatory due to visa requirements
