Office Manager


As an office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office in Ajman. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the administrative tasks of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and maintaining filing systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior management.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to office operations.
- Ensure a clean and organized working environment.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage travel arrangements for employees when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Salary:
1500$ per month
