Hotel Sales Manager - Ajman, Egypt



We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman, Egypt. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for the hotel. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Organize sales trips and attend industry events to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
