We are a well-established hotel in Ajman, UAE looking for a motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to increase business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the hotel industry
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE residency visa (sponsorship available)
- Students with relevant experience are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners to generate business leads
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market analysis
