Kenyan Concierge in Ajman
Our luxury hotel in Ajman is seeking a Kenyan Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with enthusiasm and warmth
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area at all times
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Must be a Kenyan national currently living in Ajman with valid residency visa
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
