Loader Operator


A construction company in Hawalli is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team of professionals. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials, such as dirt, rocks, concrete, and other debris. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be Filipino national
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid work visa for Kuwait or be eligible for visa sponsorship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader according to safety guidelines and company policies
- Load and transport materials to designated areas within the construction site
- Inspect equipment before each use and report any malfunctions or damages immediately
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and perform minor repairs when needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Ensure that all materials are loaded accurately and efficiently to prevent delays in construction projects

Skills:
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair of heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills
