Roofing Contractor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Contractor to join our team in Ufa. As a roofing contractor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs for residential and commercial buildings. This position requires knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques, as well as the ability to lead a team of roofers to complete projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for roofing projects
- Evaluate project plans and specifications to determine materials needed
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Install or repair various types of roofs such as shingle, metal, or tile
- Oversee safety measures on job sites to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage a team of roofers, providing guidance and training as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofing contractor
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Preferred:
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
- Bilingual in English and Russian
