Sales Representative


We are a leading company in the retail industry, looking for a talented and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret. Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Ability to build productive business relationships
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month plus commission based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Eldoret, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have valid work permits for Kenya.
