Web Designer (Contract Position)


We are a growing web design company based in Ufa, Russia, and we are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about web design and wants to gain experience working with diverse clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to create website designs that align with client needs and project goals
- Design website layouts, graphics, and other visual elements using industry-standard software
- Conduct user research to understand target audience and incorporate user-centered design principles into projects
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for different devices
- Communicate design ideas effectively both internally and externally
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or other web design software
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with Wordpress or other content management systems
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English
