Entry-Level Formworker in Akron, Ohio, USA

A construction company in Akron, Ohio is seeking an entry-level Formworker to join their team. This position is open to Kenyan nationals and does not require prior experience or accommodation. The company will provide a free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and preparation of formwork for concrete structures
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and techniques
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand or power tools
- Assist with removing formwork after concrete has set
- Ensure all safety standards are followed while working on site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1600 per month
