Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Book travel arrangements for staff
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
Salary: 1100$ per month.
