Equipment Operator



The equipment operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of skill and precision to ensure that work is completed correctly and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to safety regulations and company policies
- Perform pre-operation inspections on equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Complete daily maintenance tasks such as fueling, greasing, and cleaning machines
- Use equipment to move materials, load trucks, or perform other tasks as directed by the project manager
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols on the job site to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Good understanding of construction operations and safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1700 per month. Other benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

This position is located in Remish, an industrial city known for its thriving construction industry. While preference will be given to local candidates, we welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of nationality or location.
