We are a leading industrial painting company based in Pula and we are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial surfaces using specialized tools and techniques. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in industrial painting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix and apply paint using spray guns, brushes or rollers
- Follow safety protocols while working with hazardous materials
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality control purposes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter preferred
- Knowledge of different paint types and application techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment/materials if necessary
- Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship

Salary:
Starting salary is $1000 per month with potential for increase based on performance.
