Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Malindi. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient business operations. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and maintain high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain financial records and report on sales, profits, and expenses
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
