Formworker (English Speaking)

We are currently hiring for a Formworker to join our team in Vianden, providing English-speaking job opportunities for Nepali professionals. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling various structures using formwork systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine formwork requirements
- Set up formwork systems according to specifications, using hand and power tools
- Measure and cut materials to required sizes and shapes using saws and other tools
- Install reinforcement bars and steel mesh within formwork for added strength
- Pour concrete into the formwork, removing any air pockets or voids using vibrating equipment
- Monitor concrete curing process to ensure proper setting
- Remove formwork once concrete has cured, ensuring no damage is done to the structure
- Inspect completed structures to ensure they meet safety and quality standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Knowledge of different formwork systems and their applications
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in construction work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, with the possibility of additional bonuses based on performance.
