Industrial Painter

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Bungoma. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting large structures and equipment using a variety of techniques and tools. You will work with a team to ensure that all painting projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix paint colors to match specifications
- Apply paint using a variety of techniques such as brushing, rolling, and spraying
- Follow safety protocols to protect yourself and others while working
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean
- Communicate with team members to coordinate project timelines and expectations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Familiarity with industrial painting techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to mix paints and match colors accurately
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for color and texture
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Bungoma, Nepal (Nepali nationality preferred)
