We are hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Bungoma, Philippines. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other coatings to industrial surfaces using various techniques and equipment. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$, and no English language skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix and match paint colors to customer specifications
- Apply paint or other coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Complete quality checks to ensure proper coating thickness and finish

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Technical knowledge of coating materials and methods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination skills
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Filipino nationality preferred but not required
