Floral Designer



As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday floral needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and use your creativity and expertise to design one-of-a-kind arrangements that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and daily orders
- Select the best flowers, greenery, and accessories to create aesthetically pleasing arrangements
- Ensure that all arrangements are made with high-quality and fresh flowers
- Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools needed for daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of arrangements
- Stay updated on current trends in the floral industry and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, foliage, and their care requirements
- Strong design skills with the ability to create visually appealing arrangements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in order to ensure high-quality products
- Passion for creativity and ability to think outside the box
- High school diploma or equivalent education

Salary:
$1000 per month

Location:
Al Buraymi, Oman
