Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Jeddah. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to excavate, move, load, and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction or other projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment
- Use various attachments (e.g. buckets, hammers) to complete tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps or other job specifications
- Ensure proper leveling and grading of terrain as per project requirements
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate construction activities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid excavator operator certification
- Ability to read blueprints and understand job specifications
- Physical strength and stamina for extended periods of sitting, standing, bending, and lifting
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
