Excavator Operator in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and load materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator in a safe and efficient manner according to job site and company safety policies
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Use excavator attachments to perform various tasks such as digging, grading, loading and backfilling
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and contractors on site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating excavators is preferred but not required
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, including grade stakes and site layouts
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (other languages such as Nepali are a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary
