Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations
- Create staff schedules and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for management
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to plan menus and maintain food quality standards

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Biometric passport
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in budget management preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. We welcome all candidates who are passionate about the hospitality industry, even without prior experience.
