Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Bansko. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Your duties will include managing inventory, creating schedules, and maintaining quality control in all areas of the restaurant.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager and possess exceptional leadership skills. You should be able to effectively communicate with both customers and staff, as well as handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise. A strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management is also necessary.

Salary and Benefits:

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints or issues
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Bansko without visa sponsorship
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
