Warehouse Operations Associate

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the daily operations of a warehouse. You will work closely with other team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse processes. This is a contract position based in Akron, OH, and is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Operate forklifts or other equipment as needed
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (fluency not required)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
