Logistician
As a Logistician, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation, distribution, and storage of goods and materials for our company in Abu Dhabi. Your primary role will be to ensure that all logistical operations are running smoothly and efficiently to meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to transportation and storage of goods
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or directly to clients
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer demands
- Oversee the storage and distribution of goods, ensuring proper handling and documentation
- Develop strategies to minimize shipping costs while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities
- Stay informed about industry developments and implement new practices or technologies as needed
