English-Speaking Moderator


The role of an English-Speaking Moderator in our company is to ensure a safe and pleasant online environment for our users. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content and enforcing community guidelines. You will also be required to respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

We are seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as a strong understanding of online communities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Previous experience in moderation or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and enforce community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our platform's features and policies
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve moderation processes

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience in moderation or customer service preferred

Salary: $1000 USD per month

Location: Moscow, Russia (remote work may be considered)

Preference: Indian candidates
