We are a fast-growing construction company based in Kaunas, Lithuania and we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will work closely with our team of contractors and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully understand project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings etc.
- Inspect structures to identify any defects or issues
- Repair damaged or rotting wooden structures and fixtures
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools (saws, hammers etc.) and power tools (drills, sanders etc.)
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with good manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus
