Job Title: International Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team in Washington. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to close
- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts and report on sales performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an International Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of international markets, particularly in Africa
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel frequently

Salary: $1600/month

Location: Washington (with accommodation)
