We are a fast-growing retail company seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and guide them through the checkout process
- Scan goods and calculate total costs using electronic scanners
- Accept cash, credit, or debit card payments and issue receipts
- Ensure all prices and quantities are accurate and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times
- Answer customer inquiries about products, services, or store policies
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the store

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in customer service preferred but not required
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using electronic cash registers or POS systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-Kenyan applicants.
